Create a table that identifies six to nine of the most vital roles on a project. For each role, identify the function, the primary traits that a person in this role needs to possess, and how this role relates to the larger project.

Below the table, answer the following questions:

  1. Are there multiple roles that could be accomplished by the same individual? If so, what type of background and which traits would this individual need to have? Why did you choose these traits?
  2. Knowing your own background, which roles would you feel most comfortable taking on? Explain your answer.
